2. New trade customers
From large-scale commercial projects to boutique residential work, we have a wide selection of furniture and homewares ready for immediate delivery,
and also the option to custom order and modify existing items to suit specific design projects.

3. Viewing our collection
Trade customers in NSW can view our current collection at one of our retail stores, where all orders can be placed and processed.
Alternatively, we also have our Sydney showroom, as well as agents across each state (see locations here).

4. We welcome all new enquiries
We can send over criteria once your application is accepted and very much look forward to collaborating with you on your next project.

Trade Criteria

Approved companies, individuals and businesses who have demonstrated that they operate a design business qualify to purchase Papaya products at trade prices (calculated at RRP including GST less 30%) –this arrangement excludes certain furniture ranges

  • Minimum initial orders are $500, excluding GST and delivery charges. Minimum re-order value (at trade pricing) is $300 + GST in order to retain the trade discount.
  • If trade orders are placed in NSW, clients will be directed to Papaya retail stores where the store trade policies apply.
  • All orders are proforma and must be paid in full before delivery
  • For orders placed outside of Sydney, two working days are required for packing and processing.
  • The application of this pricing policy is at Papaya’s discretion.
