Perfect for a university student. Papaya is currently seeking a confident, enthusiastic & motivated online customer support person for a fixed-term contract until late February 2020. Experience in a similar role on an e-commerce platform as well as a positive, can-do attitude and cheerful demeanour is a must. About the role

  • Manage customer enquiries, ranging from stock availability, shipping quotes, special orders and partnering with retail stores to ensure a positive customer experience resulting in an increase in revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Process manual orders received via phone/email, organising stock transfers (via. sap)
  • Process online returns/refunds/exchanges/replacements (via. sap/magento)
  • Click and collect orders - sending through to stores and managing and closing orders
  • Manage deliveries for online orders (and organise couriers as required) for furniture/heavy items being delivered in sydney
  • Process payments and follow up with invoices for online orders
  • Managing the contact form and subsequent enquiries


  • 1+ years customer service on an e-commerce platform
  • Experience with Magento 2 is highly regarded
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Negotiating skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and customers
  • Attention to detail, good organizational and time-management skills and outcome driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Related degree in business/e-commerce advantageous

Seeking experienced and enthusiastic casuals to join our retail teams. Qualified sales assistant are required at our Bondi Junction, Mosman, Chatswood & Birkenhead stores. Bondi Junction also requires casual stock assistants.
