if the product is in stock at your chosen store at the time of your order, it will be available to collect in as little as 3 hours. if your item is not available at your local store, we’ll transfer it to your nominated store, within 7 working days.
when can I collect my items?
once your order is ready for collection, we’ll send you an email confirming that you can come in and pick up your goods. It is very important to remember that you should always await to receive the ‘Ready to Pickup’ email before coming in store to avoid disappointment.
what do I need to bring to collect my order?
bring a copy of your order confirmation email (printed or shown on screen), as well as your photo identification which must match the payment method details on the order confirmation email.

Please ensure that you are able to carry and transport the pieces you have elected to collect from Papaya stores as our staff are not able to assist you. Please call your store to confirm dimensions, weight and packaging of products if necessary.
Your order needs to be collected within 10 days from receipt of this email. After this, we may need to ship your goods to you at your cost.
